Your Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without any penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically received the products. In the case of an order with multiple items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Log in to your account and go to your orders page;
  2. Click the button to start the return.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Indicate the reason for the return (optional) and confirm your request.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to ship the return.

Alternatively, you may inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of an explicit statement sent by email to info@gardapool.com, indicating the order number and the items for which you wish to request a return.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the items must be in the same condition in which they were received, complete with their original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping

Once your return request has been confirmed, you must ship the products within 14 days of your withdrawal notice to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping method: the products travel under your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse.

Refund

You will be refunded all payments made, including the standard delivery costs of the original order (any additional costs are excluded if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard option offered by us).

The refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • products made to measure or clearly personalised;
  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, swimwear, socks) where the seal has been removed after delivery.

Returns of products that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.

Defective or incorrect products

These terms concern withdrawal due to a change of mind. If you have received a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@gardapool.com: in such cases, return shipping costs are at our expense and the statutory warranties apply (legal guarantee of conformity, Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code).
